Myeongdong Street Food Review: (Video) Seoul, South Korea

Fishcake Myeongdong is one of the most popular tourist districts in the center of Seoul, Korea. Located just on the foot of Mount Namsan and the famous N Seoul Tower, you can’t miss this area if you’re on a tour of the city. One of the big reasons for a visit? Lots of great shopping opportunities and a bustling street food market! In the video below, my friends and I try to sample as much of the food as we can. We  give you honest reviews of each item so that you’ll know what you can’t miss and what you can skip when you visit Myeongdong Street Food Market. Off the top of my head, I highly recommend: 1. Food Hack: Yellow Cab's Charlie Chan Pasta Recipe

My version of Yellow Cab's Charlie Chan pasta It’s time to bring out your inner Master Chef now that inflation has made it increasingly more impractical to always order food or eat at restaurants. With some skills in the kitchen, you can hack the hell out of those well-loved restaurant dishes. Today, we’re going to try to recreate the CHARLIE CHAN CHICKEN PASTA from Yellow Cab. Yellow Cab’s Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta Ingredients: 500g spaghetti noodles 300g boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breast), cubed 2-3 cloves garlic, minced 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce (or 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. honey) 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/2 cup oyster sauce 1/2 cup roasted skinless peanuts chopped green onions for garnish Procedure: Soften onions and garlic in a wide pan big enough to accomodate all the ingredients.
